Full Time Employees are eligible for the following benefits.

  • Health Insurance - Two Options from Blue Cross Blue Sheild. Alpha Omega assists employee with a portion of premium.

  • Dental Insurance - Insurance available for Employee, Employee/spouse, Employee/child, and Employee/family.

  • Vacation/Sick Time Off (PTO) - Alpha Omega Employees may earn up to 240 total hours. Leave is accumulated per month based on years with the company.
