The Corporate office of Alpha Omega Health, Inc. is located in the Capital city of Raleigh, NC.

The Corporate office of Alpha Omega Health, Inc. provides support and resources for each of our eight regional offices. The Accounting and Human Resources offices are located within the corporate office. The CEO/President of Alpha Omega Health, Inc., Rebecca Wood, also keeps her office here.
