 Therapeutic Parenting with Alpha Omega    

Therapeutic Parenting is a challenging and rewarding job in which caring individuals open their home to a child in need.

A Therapeutic Home is a 24 hour residential program located in a private licensed residence. The home provides professionally trained parent substitutes who work intensively with children and adolescents who are emotionally disturbed and/or have developmental disabilities.

Training and Support for Therapeutic Parents include:

  • Emergency Consultation on a 24 hour basis
  • Monthly In-home training and support
  • Pre-service Training Sessions
  • Monthly Parenting sessions and Support Groups
  • Clinical Supervision by a Qualified Professional
  • On-going Training
  • Financial Compensation
