Alpha Omega Health, Inc is committed to developing and providing high quality home and community-based nursing, therapeutic, and clinical services, and alternative residential programs for individuals and families with special needs.
This commitment is premised on the belief that all persons, regardless of the nature and extent of disability, are capable of maximizing their potential and benefiting from services provided in their homes and communities.

Alpha Omega Health, Inc. was established in 1989.
Alpha Omega Health, Inc. is committed to quality services and is accredited by the Joint Commission on Accreditation of Health Care Organizations for Behavioral Health and by the Council of Community Programs.
Our priority is the individual receiving services. We will develop programs as needed to fit the persons needs.
Licensed Ph.D. Psychologists on staff and on call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
RN on call at all times for medical questions from either staff or family (urgent questions only after hours please!).
Supervision for direct care staff provided by a QP.
24 hour Emergency On-Call System.
Alpha Omega Health, Inc. hires only the most qualified staff. All staff has Criminal Background checks, driving record checks and must have an excellent work history. Alpha Omega Health, Inc. offers benefits to full time employees and competitive wages.

PUBLIC PARTICIPATION
Alpha Omega Health, Inc. provides notice to the public that when an individual has any concerns regarding patient care and safety in our organization, he or she is encouraged to contact the management of Alpha Omega Health, inc. If the questions or concerns can not be resolved at this level, the individual is encouraged to contact the Joint Commission. A link to the Joint Commission has been listed on our Industry Links page.
Alpha Omega Health, Inc. realizes that employees, clients and/or families may be discouraged from reporting concerns if it is believed that retaliation may result.
Alpha Omega Health, Inc. will take immediate disciplinary action up to and including termination for anyone who threatens or harasses any other person who has reported or is considering reporting a concern.
